Ohio University’s Board of Trustees appointed Pickerington City Manager Tim Hansley to a two-year term on the Lancaster Campus Coordinating Council.

Hansley joined the Pickerington City administration in 2006 as director of development and was appointed city manager in 2008.
Around the state Hansley served as city manager for Beavercreek, Conneaut, Dublin, Lebanon and Tipp City. He also worked as a management analyst for the city of Cincinnati and as director of finance for Westerville.
Hansley taught as an adjunct professor at Capital University and taught public safety administration in graduate programs at Wright State University
He holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Capital University and a master’s degree, also in public administration, from the University of Oklahoma.
Hansley has four grown children.
He will attend his first Lancaster Campus Coordinating Council meeting in October.
Denise Callihan, superintendent of Lancaster City Schools, was reappointed by the Trustees to a second term on the Council. Cathy Bitler, Carrie Brown, Robert Clark, Amy Eyman, Audra Geiger and Martha Rose also serve on the Council.
Ohio University Lancaster Campus’s Coordinating Council meets quarterly to offer viewpoints and to advise on budget and finance, physical plant, education policies, and general administration practices.
